Alexia Farrell has joined YA as a Data Analyst on the company’s Client Insights and Analytics team. Most recently, she served as an Analytics and Integration Team Intern at Relationship One. Farrell recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisc., with a master’s degree in applied psychology. She also received a bachelor of art degree in psychology, with a minor in marketing, from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Katy Gagne has joined YA as Finance Manager, Revenue, in the company’s Finance and Accounting department. She brings with her 13 years of experience. Gagne’s most recent position was with Gagne Consulting as a Financial Consultant. Previously, she held the roles of Senior Marketing Analyst at Bluestem Brands, and Senior Financial Analyst at Xata Corporation.
Gagne earned her bachelor of art degree in management from the University of Minnesota – Morris, and her master of business administration (MBA) from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn.
Debbie Kawas has joined YA as the Billing Manager in the company’s Finance and Accounting Department. Kawas brings with her 15 years of experience in finance. Her most recent position was with Novus Media, Corp., as a Media Budget Project Manager. Previously, she held the role of Marketing Communication Project Manager/ Planner at Thomson-Reuters.
Kawas earned a bachelor of art degree in finance with a minor in economics, from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN, and a master of business administration from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
Alfredo Mendoza has joined YA as Director, Contact Center Oversight in the company’s Operations department. Mendoza will oversee DataMark, YA’s Contact Center operations partner in Juarez, Mexico. He brings with him 20 years of operations experience. Mendoza’s most recent position was with Hinduja Global Solutions as a Senior Director of Operations. In a previous role, he was an Executive Vice President at S Data Solutions.
Mendoza earned his bachelor of industrial engineering degree in production from Instituto Technologico de Ciudad in Juarez, Mexico. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Samantha Stanke has joined YA as a Reporting Analyst on the company’s Client Insights and Analytics team. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. While a student, she served as a test engineering intern at Global Traffic Technologies.
