Tom brings to YA over 25 years of sales and strategic account planning experience in addition to having an operations background. These skills are vital in helping YA’s clients profitably grow their business while providing a demonstrable return on their marketing investments. Prior to joining YA, Tom led various sales and account organizations serving most recently as Vice President, Managing Director of Aimia U.S. where he led the sales and development of all US consumer clients. Additionally, he led the Awards, Strategic Partnership and Strategy teams. Before Aimia, Tom held leadership roles at Xmark and Carlson Marketing in both North America and Europe. Tom has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Avis Budget Group, British Airways, Coca-Cola, Delta, Hallmark, Kellogg, MasterCard, P&G, Sanofi and Visa. Additionally Tom is the retired Chair of the Minneapolis Board of Education and Secretary of Achieve Minneapolis, a non-profit that helps to prepare students for a successful life after high school. Tom received his degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. When he’s not serving as a Board Director for KBEM Radio, Tom can be found traveling, SCUBA diving or swimming.
