The Associate Account Manager provides is key support for the account team for multiple clients within an assigned vertical, responsible for client retention and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the account management team to understand assigned client marketing objectives and business needs and prepare for client meetings and presentations, compiling reports and providing data analysis
• Assisting with identifying terms and conditions from client programs and coordinate with account directors and managers for creating terms and conditions, statement of work framework
• Assist with completing the form for all clients with rebate promotions, coordinating with account directors and managers to ensure accuracy and client sign off
• Review, track and follow up on client invoice functions
• Support efforts to monitor client sites, promotions regularly
• Assist with client competitive research, trends and industry trends
• Data entry to update opportunities in Oracle Sales Cloud
• Create and updating key client support documents using MS Suite
• Assist with forecasting activities
• Assist with client and consumer escalated issues and questions
• Assistance with meeting preparation i.e. proofing materials, coordinating print & binding, etc.
• Represent YA in client and inter-agency meetings with appropriate business acumen and presence

Base Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field
• 2-3 years of sales, promotion or marketing experience, previous agency experience recommended
• Passion for social media and internet marketing industries
• Passionate about brands, digital communications and emerging technologies
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a client-centric, deadline driven atmosphere
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points in a collaborative atmosphere
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation, optimism, good-humor
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Suite
• Travel as needed (up to 25%)
